What you get

Four things, and they are not slogans.

Every brokerage says culture and support. These are the specific, checkable differences.

01

The whole transaction, in-house

Roofing, mortgage and make-ready under one roof. Your client never gets handed to a stranger, and you are not chasing three vendors to keep one deal alive.

02

Leads you can actually work

A Zillow Preferred brokerage. Connections come in warm and post-pay, so you are not buying leads on a card before you have earned anything.

03

Four markets, one license

Austin, Waco, DFW and northwest Texas. Your client relocating to Dallas stays your client.

04

The numbers are open

Production, rank and pipeline are visible inside the house. No guessing where you stand, and no pretending everyone is a top producer.

Zillow Preferred

Leads routed on performance. Paid after closing.

Sprout is a Zillow Preferred brokerage. Buyer connections arrive warm and are routed on performance, and the referral is paid when the deal closes — so you are not buying leads on a card before you have earned anything.

The stack

Your client never gets handed to a stranger.

Mortgage, roofing and make-ready are in the family. You are not chasing three vendors to keep one deal alive.

Some of these companies share common ownership with Sprout Realty. Affiliate referrals are made only with our written affiliated business disclosure, and no client is ever required to use an affiliate.

What the platform gives you

Four things you can click and verify.

Every brokerage promises marketing support. These are the four that exist as working pages you can open right now rather than as bullet points on a slide.

01

An indexable profile, not a directory tile

Your own URL, RealEstateAgent structured data, and a direct-dial number. Search engines and AI assistants can both read it.

02

Neighborhood pages that actually rank

Per-ZIP figures from two independent sources, refreshed weekly and dated. This is the one place a local brokerage genuinely outranks a national portal, and it is the traffic you inherit.

03

Leads that route to a person

The form forwards to Follow Up Boss with the enquiry, the consent text and the timestamp. No shared queue, no lead auction, no paying to get your own website’s leads back.

04

Four markets on one platform

Austin, Waco, Dallas–Fort Worth and northwest Texas. Adding a market is a data file, not a second website you have to maintain.

Before you move

The four questions you are going to ask.

Including the one most brokerages avoid: what happens to your business if this does not work out.

What do I actually get that I do not have now?

A public website that ranks — neighborhood pages with real data, a property search on our own domain, and an agent profile that is a real indexable page rather than a card inside a portal. Most brokerage sites hand you a directory tile. Yours has a URL, structured data, and a phone link that dials you directly rather than the front desk.

See an agent page →

Do I have to give up the tools I already know?

No. MoxiEngage and MoxiPresent are agent-facing products and they stay. What changes is the public website, which is a separate product from the CRM you run your day in. Nobody is asking the whole roster to relearn their pipeline.

What happens to my clients if I leave?

They are yours. We do not hold saved searches or client lists hostage, and the client portal we are building stores a client’s own list in their browser rather than behind our login. A brokerage that has to trap you is telling you something.

How the client portal works →

Why should I believe the growth numbers?

Because they are ours and we publish the method. The agent count on this site is read from the roster itself, so it cannot drift from the profiles you can count. Where a figure comes from somewhere else, that source and its date are printed next to it.

Straight answers

Reasons this might not be for you.

If one of these is a dealbreaker, better that we both know now than after you have moved your license.

We are not the biggest

If you want the name on the sign to open doors by itself, a national brand does that better. What we offer is the opposite trade: a smaller shop where the website, the data and the broker are all reachable.

The public leaderboard is opt-in and mostly empty

It is built. It publishes nothing until agents choose to share dated figures from our own books, and it stays dark below sixty percent of the roster. A board showing three of sixty-nine is a popularity contest, not transparency.

Some of this is still being built

The property search runs on illustrative listings until our MLS feed is provisioned, and the client portal is designed but not live. We would rather show you the plan and the state of it than a demo that implies otherwise.

Radical transparency

We show recruits the actual numbers.

Not a top-producer highlight reel — the real production distribution across the roster, so you can see where you would land.

Available on request

Production figures are shared directly with candidates rather than published, because they are our agents’ numbers to share. Ask and we will walk you through the full distribution, not just the top of it.

Internal note: public ranking is built and gated. No agent has opted in with dated production figures from Sprout records.

Tell us what you’re trying to do.

Five fields. One licensed broker reads it — the same person who owns your file from here to the closing table.

  • No call center, no lead resale
  • A named broker, not a queue
  • We answer even if you are months out

Not yet is the common answer. We’ll introduce you to Loan Lab Lending, an affiliated lender — you are never required to use them, and there are frequently other lenders available with similar services. How we’re affiliated
