Jo Vincent is a top-performing Realtor in the Greater Austin area. As a native Texan and proud Austinite since 2008, she has a longstanding love for the area and its natural beauty, as well as its thriving community and hidden gems. This enthusiasm shines through in her passion to help her clients and friends find their home in Austin’s vibrant metropolis.

As an agent with years of experience working with buyers, sellers, investors and builders, Jo has a firm grasp on the Austin market, and prides herself on her ability to present the facts in a way that allows her clients to make the most informed decision possible. When working with buyers and sellers, she takes a relational approach to every transaction, making her clients feel at ease while building long-lasting relationships.

She strives in her attention to detail when providing extensive overviews to her investor clients that aim to get the best return on value whether it be for flipping houses or long-term investments. Her keen eye for renovations and design make her a great ally for her clients looking to maximize their home or investment in the market. At the end of the day, Jo’s greatest goal is to be her client’s number one advocate to help them to their next chapter in life with ease while enjoying the process.

A proud representative of the Austin market, Jo holds many industry accolades. Along with a bachelor's degree in resource and environmental studies, Jo has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and GREEN Designations as well as the Buyer Breakout Award (2017), Top Producing Agent Award (2018), the Sapphire Top Producer award (2021, 2022), Austin’s Platinum Top 500 Agents Award (2023) and Corazon Circle Award (2021, 2022) for her charitable contributions to the Austin area.

When she isn’t working, she unwinds by going to see live music, cooking, playing tennis, running, and “piddlin” in the yard with her fur babies. She also dedicates much of her time to her community. She is an active member of Habitat for Humanity, advocates for affordable housing through Foundation Communities, and lives by the motto, “everyone deserves a place to call home”.
