Isai Chalambaga

An “OG Austinite” born and raised in east Austin, Isai Chalambaga (Say it with us, “Chal-ahm-
bah-gah”), knows a thing or two about navigating the nuanced neighborhoods that defined his
childhood. Equipped with an encyclopedic grasp of Austin’s surrounding areas and expert
market insights, the lifelong local takes great pride in helping others put down roots in the
community he calls home. Son of a pastor, the first-generation Texan has always had a
servant’s heart. It’s likely the reason he’s passionate about assisting first-time buyers and
minority groups, often leveraging his bi-lingual lexicon.

Bolstered by an early stint in commercial construction, Isai had a hand in building Austin’s W
Hotel, Baylor Stadium, and an F1 racetrack, just to name a few. A pro in high-stakes situations,
he pivoted into the real estate realm in 2019, tapping the same leadership skills he honed
working in commercial construction. Quickly joining the ranks of top producing agents at his
first brokerage, Isai found his niche working with the Marlow Group. A born leader who
operates with an affable ease all his own, he was a natural fit as the group’s Team Leader,
responsible for the training and sales management of a four-person team.

A reputable realtor known for his gregarious charisma; Isai likens the role of an agent to a
counselor. He knows that buying a home is likely the largest purchase of a lifetime, which is
why he’s abundantly available and transparent in his communication. He’ll give you the “real

Residing in northeast Austin just miles from his childhood stomping grounds, Isai and his wife,
Heather, are currently raising three amazing kiddos. A devout fan of the Dallas Cowboys, San
Antonio Spurs, and University of Texas (go Longhorns!), Isai is an active member of Freedom
Church and spends weekends jamming on the guitar and bass in the church’s band.
